Technicians/Installers
Surveillance Secure is continuing to grow our team of surveillance camera technicians and installers and and we are looking for candidates with relevant experience and excellent communication skills. We are working on a full range of projects throughout the region and we need dependable and punctual members to join our team. You must be capable of managing your time well and working efficiently without close supervision and have a strong attention to detail.

As a member of our Surveillance Secure team, you will become a significant contributor to a hard-working team and will be expected to take pride in your work. We have high expectations and are looking for professionals with experience and for a company that takes a long term view in training and advancing our employees. The projects will be based on the DC - Baltimore area.

Security Sales Position - Alarm Systems
Are you a salesperson who enjoys technology, thrives on opportunity in a start up environment and is professional in every stage of the sales process?

Growing company in the security market, offering alarm and surveillance systems, needs driven, experienced sales people to join our team and help further our company growth in alarms systems. The sales position will be primarily focused on commercial and residential alarm sales but will be trained on surveillance system technology as well.

Our firm, based out of Rockville, MD, develops and installs security solutions for commercial, residential, hospitality and government clients in the Greater DC and Baltimore markets. We are a dealer for Smith & Wesson alarm systems.

Sales team members will be based out of our Rockville, MD office, and will grow our business in Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland. Responsibilities will be to generate commercial and residential alarm system sales through direct sales activity. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of generating leads through prospecting, cold calling, initiating marketing campaigns, attending networking events, etc. Must be comfortable in outbound phone and in-person prospecting and lead generation.

Must have car, drivers license and good driving record. For this position, we are looking for hungry and aggressive sales candidates, who are professional, punctual and have a strong attention to detail, who share nothing less than the drive that our company has today. Experience in alarm or security field preferred but not required.

Marketing Intern
Surveillance Secure is looking for a marketing intern with creative ideas, strong attention to detail, will take initiative and who is looking for experience with a growing company in the exciting security industry.

This intern will be expected to develop a multi-tiered marketing program with minimal direct oversight. We need marketing ideas and structure and a person who wants to work in a start up environment and to help us grow to the next level. Responsibilities will include:

1. Develop Outreach programs to targeted markets

Establish messaging, conduct outbound communications with the goal to setup meet and greets for sales staff with targeted channel markets in the Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia area (including but not limited to):

  • Real Estate Offices
  • Property Management Companies
  • Insurance Agents
  • Architects
  • Interior Decorators
  • Builders

2. Maintain & expand upon company Facebook account and Website.

Maximize social media efforts for lead generation and maintaining customer relationships. Update company web site as needed with new project case studies and other new information.

3. Develop & manage company outbound marketing emails using Constant Contact.

Write and send out company marketing emails using constant contact account. Send online surveys to customers once projects are completed to solicit feedback and to identify areas for improvement.

4. Review and expand upon existing company marketing material.

5. Conduct market research, develop advertising recommendations, marketing material.
